Cycle 23 of America's Next Top Model premiered on VH1 on December 12, 2016, and concluded on March 8, 2017. As a result of the revival of the series following its cancellation by The CW in October 2015, this cycle follows the series' original format of an all-female cast.

For the first time in ANTM history, Tyra Banks does not return as host, and instead works behind the scenes as an executive producer. She is replaced by model, singer and actress Rita Ora. Joining her is an all new judging panel - supermodel Ashley Graham, chief creator officer of Paper magazine, Drew Elliott, and fashion stylist Law Roach. Miss J Alexander does not return as the runway coach and is replaced by Stacey McKenzie.

India Gants was crowned as the winner of the cycle.
